What do dinosaurs taste like, and which one would taste best?

Dino's are reptiles that look like large birds with scaly skin like a crocodile. They are carnivores. Some have been found with small holes in their backs. These are believed to be from ancient parasites, possibly leeches.
A parasitic worm could be a good ingredient for a sauce. One that tastes like leeches. So I'll probably make a leech sauce. I don't know what it would go with, maybe pasta or something. It sounds nasty but so do lots of things that humans enjoy.
So the answer is a dino sauce on spaghetti with a little parmesan cheese on top to make it better.

It probably tastes similar to a bird. Perhaps a pterodactyl sauce on a pizza. I'd rather not try it though.
