Yeah, but what if they're fighting on an island with no water? What if the island was in space? They're both made out of cells, so could they teleport? What if Mewtwo was in a battle, and a Togepi was there?

How is Togepi weak? It can use Hyper Beam, and if you use Perfection Scarf, you can do it without losing HP.

It's too small. Mewtwo has psychic powers which makes him able to read the mind of any other pokemon. He can also take on any form he wants. I think this is enough proof to make me decide who wins.

No, Togepi doesn't have any weaknesses, but it is a little weak when it comes to defense, so you might want to use a Perfection Scarf on it, or at least a Eternity Scarf. Also, you can make it so that you don't lose HP when you use it. Now who wins?

Mewtwo. Like I've been saying, Togepi's too small and too weak, no matter what moves he knows. Mewtwo also knows some moves that will help him defeat Togepi.

No, Togepi isn't weak, I was just using that to trick people into thinking it was weak, and then I would have said, "Who wins now?" It wasn't going to work though. I mean, if Mewtwo uses Perfection Scarf, could Togepi still do it? Could it even use Tackle without losing HP? What if they were in battle, and the other was a Mewtwo with some Togepi moves?

Why can't you? You're just saying it's Mewtwo because of his size. But he's too small to use Tackle, but he is big enough to use Psychic, which Mewtwo can do!
