I have been on OT for the past three days straight. This is how I did it.
First of all, you need to be completely honest. You can't just say "oh I'll take a break now." It won't work that way. Second of all, don't get too involved in anything. Third of all, make sure you post something every so often. Forth of all, you need to be patient.
So what are you guys gonna do now?

It's true I don't go outside that much because it's raining out and my dad won't let me go outside. And I've been staying up too late so I'm going to bed early tonight.

I suggest you go fishing instead of staying inside all day. Go outside and play a sport or something.
