I was gonna get BC but i saw a game and it said that you dont need BC to play. So im just gonna buy more roblox cards.

You can only purchase ONE per transaction.
You have to wait 48 hours before purchasing again.

Yeah I know i dont think i will be using them anyways cause of the thing with the 48 hour waiting time. I might get a new computer and use my mom's credit card when she is out of town.

Why don't you buy 2 or 3 cards?
Then you can have some extra cash to spend :D
You have to wait 24 hours before spending the full amount on one purchase.
So you could spend say... $5 every 24 hours, and accumulate an extra $30, or so.
