A guy walks into a bar, orders a drink and starts telling a joke. The bartender is really impressed with this guys joke-telling skill and invites him to his house to see his vast collection of jokes. On the way over they stop in a store and the bartender buys a bunch of joke books as gifts for the guy. When they get there, the bartender gets out the joke books and hands them to the guy. The guy goes through each book and returns them all because he says "I already knew these". The bartender is shocked and asks him how he could possibly know so many jokes. The guy replies by saying that he worked as a salesman for a joke book company.
The bartender asks the guy what he sold the next day after the guy quit. The guy says that he got fired from his job and sold all of their remaining jokes.
