Whenever I'm in my room, I can't walk normally. I can't sit on my bed without trying to bounce back and forth on it. And I can't stand normally because I will be looking around my room with my arms down.

I also have another weird habit
Whenever I do something, I can't stay still unless I move my legs or head. Or if I'm sitting I can't stop moving my legs.
