It says in the rules:
"Do not talk about or link to anything inappropriate, offensive, violent, or otherwise not suited for Roblox"
and then on the page is a big banner that says "Happy Canada Day!".
It's like saying "Don't look at this picture" and then having an explicit picture right below it.
