for me its a video i saw on youtube, it had a kid trying to rap but he had autism and it was so bad it hurt to watch. i made sure that my parents were not home when i watched the video

The word Cringy is a more informal form of the word Cringe and the word Cringy can be used as a noun.
Cringey is not the same thing as Cringe.
