i woke up and was freaking out because it felt like something was stuck in my throat and i was having trouble breathing. i even grabbed a knife and stabbed myself in the arm (not very deep, and i stopped as soon as i heard the crunch of my skin) but it's gone now.
what the hell happened?

I used to get those all the time, but they usually occur for no reason.

Well, good luck with that! I can't sleep right now because there is some dumb, stupid, loud music coming from next door. It won't stop! Ugh!

i've been having trouble sleeping too. i think the only way i'll be able to do so will be when i pass out (which isn't very hard for me).

I don't really like when I fall asleep. I hate waking up, and I usually have to fight myself to wake up. Also, I am extremely tired all day and even after I fall asleep, but I still feel tired. I just hate it.
