Shooting the arrow from inside your chest is pretty easy. Just aim.

I will need to have some kind of computer vision to guide my hand and arm, so that I don't aim at random.

The arrow is aiming itself. It has a camera in its eye.

Well I'm glad this arrow had good technology, I would never be able to hit the bullseye without the aid of a computer vision system.
