I snorkeled, played in the waves, played Frisbee on the beach, watched the sunset on a boat, watched fireworks on a beach, saw a bunch of dolphins (and caught one in a net), swam with stingrays, got hit by a wave that knocked me over, ate nachos and fajitas and quesadillas and enchiladas and burritos and churros and so on, and so on, and so on.
