He was like "Hey son, you wanna take a road trip with me and your brother? I'm going to be driving up to Maine tomorrow, what do you say?"
And my response was
"Well, um.. I'd really like to go and all but I have school tomorrow. And I can't really afford to get home early after school and all that stuff. And I also have a paper due tomorrow too soooo..."
And he was like, "What the hell is wrong with you, kid? Are you sick or something? You are always busy and never want to hang out with your dad anymore!" (Which I totally agree with.)
Then he hung up on me without saying goodbye. Ouch. But the thing is, I don't even like Maine. I hate it there. Plus I'm not in the mood for a road trip now. It is hot outside.
I'm pretty sure I messed up this time...
But yeah
