I've been doing this for like two months now
and I don't know what it is or how to stop
I keep asking myself the same question, "Should I or shouldn't I do this?" or "What should I do?" or "What am I going to do?"
and I keep thinking about it until I get an answer. It makes me so distracted that I have trouble focusing on my school work, and everything I try to do. I'm just sitting here thinking of what to do right now.
I also have a problem with thinking of other things before I finish whatever I was doing, I'm supposed to be in bed but I'm still typing this forum post.
What is happening to me?

ask your parents about it, they'll know better than you what's going on. if you're on good terms with them anyway.
i suggest looking for someone who can talk to you about it on a more personal level too though because it sounds like it could be pretty serious.

I think it could be OCD, I'm constantly doing what they call "worrying" and it takes over most of my day and stops me from being able to focus on anything.
My mom says I might be depressed or something
I don't know
I feel pretty sad, but not enough to go see a psychiatrist.

well i'd talk to someone like your parents or a professional if possible since it does sound pretty serious. i've had problems like this too at one point but they weren't nearly as severe as what it sounds like you're going through
you should also consider trying to get into a support group for depression, especially if you're having trouble sleeping
