I saw this guy trying to kill himself with a knife
I ran up and tackled him, I managed to grab the knife out of his hand and he ran off
I called 911 after and they found him, but he was dead by the time they got there.
I'm in a lot of pain now because my elbow is sore, but I guess I saved a life

the elbow can heal itself with proper treatment
maybe some rest and some ice packs
if the joint has been moved out of place you should go to a doctor (or hospital) as soon as possible

I think I've sprained it or something because I can barely move it at all
I might just sleep it off and see if anything changes
