the problem is that she can jump pretty far so even if I do throw her she'll probably land on top of me and hurt herself instead.

the only way I can get her to jump is if I throw her, and even then it won't be much of a jump

and even if I were to manage to grab one of her legs and throw her with my free hand she'd just fall back into me
