its like if i were to say "you have your work cut out for you" and you had to do something easy as in clean a bathroom or wash a floor. then that wouldnt be considered as having your work cut out for you, but if i was to say "you have your work cut out for you" and you had to do something very difficult such as write an essay on the history of the united states and the entire world in one page and turn it in tomorrow by noon, that would be considered as having your work cut out for you
