Its got windows xp, and Windows 7 on it.
I have to take out the windows 7 because im afraid that it will overwrite the windows xp.

Windows 7 is better than Windows XP. XP has been outdated for years.

XP was new back when i first got it.
And i dont trust win7.

You need to get a good virus protector and a good fire wall then you should be safe from hackers and viruses...

You don't have to do anything. XP can work with Win7. All you gotta do is use the windows installer in Win7 and install it onto XP. Then all you got to do is pick which OS to boot up into using F12
