do you use your last name or first name when naming your son
like if my dad's name was Wolf and he named me Crazymad, would i be Crazymad Wolf or Crazymad Wolf Jr.

if you're asking what do they use to name their sons, i have no idea
i don't know my family history, i probably never will
so i have no idea why my dad decided to name me after his father, who in turn was named after his father
