i could jump off something high, but then it would just make me more depressed.
i'd probably get a broken leg or something and have to go to the hospital which would cost money and i'd have to spend time there.
the pills thing would be good except for the fact that i hate to feel pain.

if you don't have a gun and you're too afraid to jump, what else can you do? tell your parents that you need help?

and they wouldn't get me help so i'd end up going into a depression even deeper than before.

you should try talking to them about this, not just assume that they will react badly to it
