If you go on Google images (you'll need to have it enabled on your 3DS, of course) and type in "Mushroom kingdom 4 theme" (I think that's what it is), and click on the first one, it'll take you to a picture called "mushroom-kingdom-4-theme.jpg". If you click it, it'll let you download it to your 3DS. Then, in theme settings, choose 3DS, then import this one.
Voila!

Also, the background for the 3DS theme is the same as Mario 3D Land.
