I'm on my way to school. I feel sick and I don't know why. The only thing I want to do is just lay down.

I had that yesterday.
I was in class and it felt like all the air got sucked out of the room for about a minute, then I felt dizzy and I had to sit down in class until it went away.
I think I'll be good for today though
