What if there was some sorta "moderation" system? When you post something with content deleted, the mods check the thread to see what it says, and then decide if it's ok or not. If they don't find anything wrong, then the post is allowed, but if they do, the person who posted it would be banned, and the post would be locked.

That would work but only for a small amount of people. Spammers and people who want to hide their posts wouldn't post on there.
