So that means you will be dead in 3 years 99.999% of the time, and you have a 0.001% chance of living longer than that?
Or are you going to live longer than that?
If so why didn't you mention that part?

no, i have a 20% chance of not dying, but I'm pretty sure I'll die within 5 years
and yeah, I didn't mention that part because I don't know what that percentage is.

yeah, I'm only a few years off.
But still, even if I live the full five years I'll probably need some sort of medical attention.

What are the symptoms?
Are they any cure or treatment for your disease?
Is there anyone else in your family with the same disease?

It causes really bad breathing issues, muscle spasms, and fatigue
There's no cure (other than transplant), however there are treatments
And nobody in my immediate family has it.

Well, as I said, there's no cure, but there are treatments that lessen the symptoms.
There's a bunch of stuff I'm on, like immunosupressants and muscle relaxers.

You might want to look into other treatment options then.
If the treatments aren't working, or your not satisfied with them, it might be best to change them.
