I believe it's the microwave.
You just warm up water and food in your mouth.

A microwave is actually very useful because it cooks food faster than any other method, and uses less electricity as well.

Actually, I was right.
They are actually quite energy efficient considering that they don't heat up the entire room around them like stoves do.

I have, but not in the same form as heating up food. I'm talking about when you get sick, you drink hot tea, for example.
