I was walking around the house, and when I came into his room, he was doing some sort of form.
I asked him if it was karate, because he never told me he did anything like that.
He said he had a black belt in taekwondo, but I didn't know what it was.
So he explained it to me.
"1st degree black belt - You're good for self defense"
"2nd degree black belt - You can beat up anyone"
"3rd degree black belt - You can fight 10 people with no problem."
"4th degree black belt - You can take on an army single-handedly."
"5th degree black belt - You're one of the best fighters in the world."
"6th degree black belt - You're better than the best fighter in the world."

He also told me that when he was 11 years old, his brother taught him how to box.
His brother showed him how to punch, and when he got good enough at it, he began training in boxing.
I'm not really sure what "6th degree black belt" means, because I don't think there is any such thing as that.

I just found out my dad is a 6th degree black belt, and he's actually better than the best fighter in the world.
