You can't use anything new, such as a web browser, unless you have access to the internet. If you do have access to the internet, you are stuck in a cycle of going online and getting stuck on it again until your device dies.

the problem is that i'm using a smartphone, and the only way i know to get off this site is to type in the search bar on google chrome "how to get out of roblox"
i could try to type it on safari but then i'd still be using the same site

You can always uninstall browsers. You can also uninstall social media apps.
If you want to get rid of websites, you can install an adblocker which will block all sites except ones listed in its whitelist.
