1) When you make a post, there will be an area above the "post" button called "advanced" click on it and you will see the emoticon drop down box. Then choose one you want to use.
2) Go to the "My ROBLOX" tab on the top of the page and then go to "Account Settings." There should be a little checkbox right under "Signature"

In advanced options, there's another checkbox right beside the signature checkbox. It says "Show Reply Button".
