Is because I can't drive a car, which is a major requirement for being in the Air Force or Coast Guard. I'm hoping that someday they'll make it possible to take off and land without a pilot.

It's just a matter of time until they figure out how to get them out of the water. I mean, they can fly themselves, but if they crash into the ocean they are useless. All they need now is the ability to get out of the water so they can fly again.

Yes, they can. They're not going to crash into the water, though, so they will just need to land on the ground.
