Yeah, I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Then when I do fall back asleep my head feels like it's going to explode.

Yeah, I usually wake up in the middle of the night or early morning (around 2-4 AM) and then stay awake for the rest of the night. And I still don't feel tired the next day.

My insomnia has gotten worse since I stopped taking an antidepressant pill called Zoloft. My doctor says that if I take the pill again, it will probably fix this problem, but I'm afraid that it might cause me to become addicted to the pill.
