but the only food that is allowed to be donated is canned food
i want to donate all the food i can, but they have to be canned foods and i don't know how to can any of it so i'm screwed
i wonder what they'll do if they find out i donated canned dog food to them.

yeah, i'll probably give them some canned chicken. that way i'll still be able to donate and the people will get the food they wanted. win win!

i just realized how easy this is
all i have to do is go buy the food myself and then put it in a can. problem solved.

I've done the same thing before.
We had to donate cans of food for Thanksgiving and my parents were too lazy to actually buy the cans of food so instead we bought a box of canned food and took it apart.
It worked out well I guess since we donated the food we needed to donate anyways.
