I don't really get the concept of "free speech" and "liberty".
I mean, everyone can just say whatever they want and we have to listen to it.
So, what's so great about freedom of speech?

We are still listening to them.
What are you saying, that we should stop listening to them? What if I do not like them? What if I hate them?

Also, there is no obligation to listen.

But still... the concept of "freedom of speech" and "freedom" sounds ridiculous.
I mean, if someone has a huge mouth then they'll say whatever they want and we have to listen to it, even though we hate them. Even though they're idiots. And if someone does not agree with them, then they can be called a racist, sexist, bigot or whatever.

They have "free speech".

It's true.
I'm pretty sure there's some sort of law that states that no one can do anything unless it's approved by the government.

The government is above all, therefore they have the power to make rules and regulations, therefore making the law which says that no one can say anything unless it's approved by the government.

Your argument is invalid.
If the government is above all then they can create laws and regulations, therefore creating the rule that no one can say anything unless it's approved by the government.

You said "Who created the universe?" and then I replied with "God." Therefore, it's not invalid. You implied that you did not believe in God, therefore making the statement "Who created the universe" invalid. If you had said "Jesus Christ," then my statement would have been invalid, but since you did not say Jesus Christ, I can still reply with God, which makes me right and you wrong.

Actually, it is me who will win. You are making a false assumption that the person who has the most posts wins the argument. Also, you are the one who started this argument in the first place by talking about freedom of speech, therefore making you wrong.
