if you were talking about xfi then i believe you can but the 360 is unable to play mp3 files

I'm not talking about XFI.
It's a really bad idea to put MP3's on the 360 anyways since it would be very easy for someone to hack into your account and listen to your music.

I used to do that back in the day. You had to download some sort of program first which I forget the name of.
