they're so boring
the game is just a giant repetitive cycle of leveling up and fighting
there's nothing else to do, there's no interesting plot
it's not even that great of a game imo, it's pretty bad

i personally think it's an amazing game because you can feel like a real hero (or villain)

but you could also feel like a hero in other games that are actually good
like nintendo games or even call of duty for all i care, there's a lot of them
or even playing sports would make you feel like a hero in a way

there are lots of other games that have the same effect though and they're not as popular, so they don't get the recognition they deserve

because people don't like those games and think they're trash
so they play pokemon instead
and you still haven't given me anything other than "feel like a hero"
