The truth is that it was a government plot to bring down the towers.
This is based on the fact that a 3rd plane hit the Pentagon.

It also didn't take the terrorists 2 hours to fly from Afghanistan to New York City. It took them less than 1 hour, but they were intercepted because of some military exercise. So then they turned around and flew back to Afghanistan.
