What did the person say and where did "you're" come into play?
I don't think that was a warning just for saying "you're" and it sounds like you're misinterpreting the warning, which is really stupid of you.
If you don't understand something, ask people to explain it to you.

Alright, so I don't know the context but the other person probably said something inappropriate or just plain stupid and that's why you replied with "you're".
But, you must've said it in an insulting way, or made it sound like sarcasm or something. Otherwise, there would be no reason to ban you for saying "you're" in general.

Alright.
This is probably what happened:
You replied with "you're" in an insulting or sarcastic way.
This person must have been doing something to offend you, which would be why you replied with "you're".
But, you might not have seen that other person's post as being offensive. I'm not sure how to explain that one, but just know that you probably should've looked more into this before replying in a rude way.
So yeah, basically what I said before.
I don't think "you're" was the main problem here, I think you were just really rude and your behavior got you banned.
