when i'm talking to someone on the phone or something, i can't stand how it sounds. it's so annoying. if i hear an audio recording of myself on a video game like roblox, it's fine. but when i say something out loud, it's really hard for me to listen to my own voice.
is this normal?

Same. I never know how people can watch themselves talk and not cringe.
I'm not crazy, my reality is just different than yours.
