But I can't seem to find the correct setting to make a character with a human body.
I've tried multiple tutorials but they all either don't have an exact model I can base mine off of or they just don't work correctly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, i want to put arms and legs on my character so he can move around in-game like a real human.

Yes it is possible. People are able to create walking characters, however, they do not come with arms or legs.
So I'm guessing I need to make the arms and legs manually and then insert them into the human mesh. However, I don't know how to make arms and legs for myself.
