He moved in with me and he's staying in my basement
he said he would pay $50 for food and everything
but so far hes been acting really weird and he won't leave the basement
so now I have to go to Walmart to get food for him and its not even my birthday
what do I do?

you have to be hard on him. if he doesn't pay up, then you can call the police and say that you are being threatened or something like that. the police should help out with this situation.
