But then I will feel bad for being who I'm not supposed to be. Like I should be a girl. But I am a boy. So I should be a girl. But I am a guy. So I feel like I am a girl because I have always felt that way.

You don't "want" to be a guy.
If you were confused about gender then you'd be saying that you "wanted" to be a girl.
But you said you want to be a girl.

You can be happy with your gender if you accept it.
Don't worry about stuff like this, no one on the planet is going to care what your gender is. You don't need to feel bad about who you are.
Just don't go through life thinking that you're a girl when in reality you're a guy.
