Sometimes I'll wake up with a feeling like I've been somewhere before or met somebody but I can't remember anything about it.

I know that feeling. It's a common symptom for a person who suffers from Dissociative Disorder (DID) or schizophrenia.

I thought I was having a stroke once. I was sleeping, and I woke up and felt dizzy. My eyes started shaking, and I couldn't see straight. I was wondering if I would have a seizure. Luckily, I wasn't having a stroke.

Well, if you get these feelings often, go talk to a doctor. You might have a disorder that you didn't know about.
