Because it's true.
Not only does having a life help you not waste your time on the internet, but it also helps you get good grades in school and stuff like that, which can make you feel better about yourself and make you more active here.

Well, I suppose.
But a lot of people are just too addicted to the internet.
They can't stop playing games all day and night.
I've seen them try to play on their phone while eating, and they will keep playing until the food has been thrown up.
