It's when you're having a conversation with someone and they say something that you don't like, then you say something stupid to make them feel bad. I don't know why i do it but i just do. It makes me feel bad after.

I've even tried deleting the thread and creating it again so that no one can see my post because it makes me look bad but i still cant stop it.
