I'm pretty sure you can get banned for talking about hating mods. I don't know why but it happens. There are cases where mods have actually gotten into a conversation with a user on their own account, they've even posted replies. It's happened before, so why not now?

Mods do have a say over our lives, it's just a shame that they use it to hurt us instead of help. And what do you mean by "any" say? They do have some say. They make decisions and rules.

Ah okay, yeah that makes more sense. And yeah they kinda think they're superior to us which is why we hate them.
But if there were no rules, then the forum would be in ruins. Rules are needed to keep the forums organized. If there weren't rules, everyone would be posting anything and everything they wanted. There'd be so many people spaming their posts with random words and links, or just trying to get attention with stupid topics.

but the point of the mods is to enforce those rules
if they're just going to sit on their hands while people break the rules

Yeah I know. But sometimes the mods aren't online, or they just simply can't get around to it. It's not like they just ignore the rule-breaking stuff, there are a lot of posts that need to be moderated everyday.
