The best thing about Canada is that our national anthem is based on a poem by a guy who lived with First Nation people, so it's a more honest depiction of Canadian culture than the U.S.'s.
Worst thing: Canada is full of whiny people who complain all day about how bad things are and never do anything to change them.

We have a better record for human rights than any other western country
We have more freedoms than the U.S., as well as fewer restrictions on freedom of speech and expression (you can say pretty much whatever you want here without getting arrested)
I don't know how America can be considered 'the best'
