the thing is I would actually like to get a degree in something like veterinary or biology or even medical science
but i wont because my parents wont let me go
my only option right now is to take classes on my own and go to community college

The reason my parents didn't let me go to college was because they thought I was too young (I was 14) and because they couldn't afford it.
I ended up going to college after I got married.

i've been talking to my parents more about this subject and now we are trying to find out if I can qualify for financial aid
and if not then I might end up just having to go to community college first
that means more student loans but at least I'll be on track with what I want to do in life
but if I were to go to community college right now then I would have to drop out of school which wouldn't be a good idea considering that I don't get along well with most of my teachers and students and that I really only like math class anyway

I actually skipped college. I got an apprenticeship, so I didn't have to pay any money to get it.
It was basically learning how to work as an electrician while working at an electrical shop.
I ended up getting the job because I wanted to become an electrician. Most companies want people who already have experience.

i'm thinking about skipping it also because I could potentially make more money if I didn't go
but I want to finish high school first because I need that for my career anyway
