Lol. My mother is the same way. When she calls, she has a specific reason for calling. Like, "I want to talk to you about something." Then she tells you.

No, it isn't. My mother is pretty much the exact same way. She always makes sure that if she is going to call or text me, that it is important enough to warrant a call or text message.
