This is a small idea that would help fix the forum issues and make it more enjoyable for people, instead of being a complete dump.
If you go to any sub-forum, you can see a ton of threads are locked. This is because mods don't have time to review each thread personally and lock them if they break rules. So the idea is to give users the ability to lock their own threads if they think they might break rules in order to prevent the mods from having to review every single thread.
I know what you're thinking: "People will just be locking threads all day for no reason!" Well, the idea is to give users who have been on ROBLOX for 6 months or longer this ability so people will be less likely to abuse it.

Well, yeah, but it would be different. I'm not sure exactly how it'll work.
For example, users could be given an option before posting that says, "You can lock your thread if you want." If they check that box, then they have the ability to lock their threads for a certain amount of time. If they un-check the box, then they don't get this ability.
I think the way it's supposed to work is when you try to post a new thread and click "Lock" to lock your thread after you've posted it. So if they check that box, there would be a button next to it that says "Lock Thread" instead of just locking it after posting.
If you think about it, it wouldn't actually change that much.
