I haven't played the game since I was about 10 years old, but this is a great remake. I don't have any issues with the controls, and the game play is still fun after all these years.

you can get the 2nd link to the left in your house on day 1, it will give you a mask that allows you to take a picture of a monster, and if you show it to tatl, she will tell you where the monster spawns. basically, you can do a walk around and just kill monsters.
