For the past few days I haven't been able to get out of this dark place. My mind is just stuck in this dark hole. Nothing good ever happens when you're down there. But I don't know how to get out. This place has been making me feel worse and worse everyday. Everyday I think about what I need to do but then I remember that I am in this dark place. It's like I'm stuck in this hole and no one can hear me. But then again, I may be hearing things. Maybe this whole place isn't real. But that thought brings even more anxiety into my life. What if it's real? What if there is no way out of here? I will have to face this reality for the rest of my life. Every single day. I will be stuck in this darkness forever. And I will never be able to escape. Forever.
