Why do you let the ODers forum on OT?
If it's because they're being funny, then they are just bad at being funny.
If you can't tell a bad joke when you see one, why not moderate them out of existence?

But I still don't get the whole "let's pretend we're stupid and talk like that" thing.
And also, that is not an answer. An answer would consist of "Because we can't", or "We let them forum because they are funny". Those two sentences are answers. Yours was just a random rant.
